Manga that I like a lot :)

Some are well-known like Mob Psycho 100 or Soul Eater so recommending them might feel silly. Anyways, for the most part these are my favourite series or some that I just found interesting and maybe you will like some of them or maybe you won’t! Dreaming in Chainsaw Man

This post contains major spoilers for Chainsaw Man.

Tatsuki Fujimoto’s Chainsaw Man is an obvious departure from the usual plucky shounen prototype. It purposefully doesn’t pull any punches, and of course there’s the over-the-top violence to be expected from its title, pushed to the point of senselessness. The specific departure I liked, though, was whatever point was being made about having dreams.

13 Sentinels and how it believes in love

I’m pretty familiar with Vanillaware games. Muramasa: The Demon Blade and Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir to be exact, and having beaten 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim recently I’d say I’m confident in my ability to recognize a lot of the common elements in their works.

But I don’t mean the food and fan service. I mean how love underpins their plots. Apparently it’s not a George Kamitani original unless love is a major, if not the only, driving force behind a character’s actions.
